Ingredients

✔️400g low-fat Greek yogurt vanilla
✔️1 egg
✔️15g stevia
✔️1.5 scoop vanilla whey - The System
✔️30g speculoos spread
✔️100g cottage cheese
For the topping
✔️30g speculoos spread
✔️50ml unsweetened almond milk
✔️2 speculoos cookies
Preparation method
For the cheesecake
✔️Mix all ingredients
✔️Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
✔️Let it cool for 1 hour in the refrigerator
For the topping:
✔️Mix 15g speculoos spread with the almond milk
✔️Place in the microwave for 15 seconds & stir well
✔️Mix in the remaining 15g
✔️Top your cheesecake with the pasta & cookies
✔️Place in the fridge again for 30 minutes
