Protein icecream
Ingredients for 3 servings
✔️420g cottage cheese
✔️2 scoops of vanilla whey
✔️50ml unsweetened almond milk
✔️30g black chocolate
✔️1 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation
✔️Chop the dark chocolate into pieces
✔️Mix the cottage cheese, whey and unsweetened almond milk in a blender
✔️Pour into a low, deep bowl and mix in the chocolate pieces
✔️Finish with the peanut butter
✔️Put in freezer for 2 hours (not longer)
